The animation team, especially Ana, was exceptional with kids, making our daughter feel included and entertained throughout our stay.

absolutely disappoining experience, the air conditioning was completely broken, and the restaurant ambiance was more like a canteen with chaotic music. to top it off, i was looking forward to a complimentary gesture for my troubles, yet nothing came. the only upside was private beach access, what a shame!

Exceptional service and vibrant beach activities
I had a fantastic stay where the friendly staff made a big difference, especially the animation team who kept us entertained with various activities. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a nice retreat after a day by the nearby beach where sunbeds were often taken early. the food could be more diverse and improved with some fresher options.

Couple's Romantic Getaway
I gotta say, the infinity pool on the 11th floor was something else! The view over the Black Sea was breath-taking, we couldn't get enough of it. We had a delightful dinner at the Concept restaurant, the table was beautifully arranged for us, making the experience even more special.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the experience was still quite worth it.

The allergen information for food was poorly managed. some items had no labels, leading to a concerning incident with gluten for one guest. the parking situation was frustrating, with rude attendants enforcing tight parking spaces.
