Grifid Vistamar Hotel - Golden Sands

The animation team, especially Ana, was really good with kids, making our daughter feel included and entertained throughout our stay.

There was a significant shortage of sunbeds on the private beach, leading to frustrating early mornings trying to secure a spot.

our family room was huge with minibar, the bathroom, as example as advertised. the services were exceptional, offered good meals and spa centre, had a very pleasant stay. moreover, private parking was onsite.

Everything was excellent, so were epic views to the park. The staff were amazingly nice the whole time.

The staff was impolite.

Excellent food variety!

I liked the view of the sea. The hotel is situated less than 50m from the seaside.

Even tough they have Air Conditioning, the cooling system is no use at all. I left the Air Conditioning system on during all day, and in the evening the temperature was still hot (even tough it was cooler than before I started the air conditioning system)

I liked the excellent location of the hotel and the pool.

Great beachfront location with lively atmosphere the food offered variety that changed daily and the staff was helpful regarding sunbeds reservations 😊.

Indoor pool could be larger for comfort.

Staff is nice and you can park your car on site.

The food was really diverse and there were plenty of tasty options! The indoor pool's size could be better, and some drinks were too diluted. we had a great time despite the few hiccups! 😄

Absolutely disappoining experience, the air conditioning was completely broken, and the restaurant ambiance was more like a canteen with chaotic music. To top it off, i was looking forward to a complimentary gesture for my troubles, yet nothing came. The only upside was private beach access, what a shame!

The air conditioning works only like a fan,I did not stop it 2 days but the temerature inside my room was still higher after that 2 days.And after I park my car in the parking of the hotel,my car was missing the both side signal direction.

Very good price-quality relation also for singelperson. Really good food. All service good. Nice and entertaining animation girls. Nice little nigth entertainment. Receptionists helpful and kindly. Only one thing to complain: no toothpick in restaurant. Suomeksi: Hyvae hinta-laatusuhde myoes yksin matkustavalle. Ruoka todella hyvaeae. Kaikki palvelu kohtuullisen hyvaeae. Mukavia ja huumorintajuisia animaatiotyttoejae, jotka jaerjestivaet paeivisin halukkaille pientae harrastamista. Hauskaa iltaohjelmaa ja viihdettae uima-altaan vieressae olevalta lavalta. Vastaanotossa auttavaista ja ystaevaellistae vaekeae. Jos oikein mietin, niin yhdestae asiasta voisi valittaa. Ravintolassa ei ollut hammastikkuja = tikustakin voi tehdae asiaa.

Really good service and vibrant beach activities

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The food could be more diverse and improved with some fresher options.

I liked a lot leaving the hotel each time I left for the seaside or the pool of another hotel coz this one has no pool.

Old comunist furnish and no air conditioned even if outside were 38 degrees Celsius !!!!!!

Fairly clean hotel with a modern design and wonderful views, it has an amazing location adjacent to main restaurant and Grifid Vistamar and the eating and food areas. Large beds and central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. Selection of pastries and cakes at the poolside bar...
